Drug Companies Agree to Settle ENHANCE Suits

CLEVELAND (MedPage Today) — The makers of ezetimibe (Zetia) and ezetimibe/simvastatin (Vytorin) will pay $5.4 million to settle charges that the company violated consumer protection laws by delaying public release of negative findings from a clinical trial.
