Device Maker Recalls Insulin Infusion Sets

LITTLE FALLS, N.J. (MedPage Today) — The maker of an insulin infusion device used with an insulin pump has initiated a voluntary recall of the devices due to a mechanical malfunction that could result in serious injury or death.
